The rented part of the house measures about 1440 sq ft.*

The house has 4 guest bedrooms: Three have queen beds with ceiling fans and Air Conditioning!

The 4th bedroom (the “kids room”) has 2 double beds.

Groups of 6-10 are ideal for this property.

 

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Outside is a brisket-based BBQ.

The three bedrooms with queen beds also have a TV. Family room has 2 couches and 50-inch TV.

Bathrooms come with ample supplies of Toilet tissue, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Kitchen comes with dish soap, dishwasher pallets.

We have a washer & drier and we supply detergent.

 

The house has a back gate with direct access to the park and beach. The large deck has two tables with 12 chairs. The house has a covered car port and an additional parking area for one or two more cars. Our House keeper’s husband rents cars, including a 7-person van at a cost much lower than any commercial rental company. He will also pick you up from the airport.

 

We have a shed with $1,200 worth of beach accessories which rented for $295. Beach Accessories include boogie boards, surf board, beach chairs, towels, fishing gear and much more.

 

Some items in the kitchen include: Rice maker, pan-cake maker, crock pot, microwave oven, blender, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker and more.

 

Bathrooms have about a dozen towels each. We have an iron and hair drier and two small cots for toddlers who can sleep in the parent’s bedroom.
