My Place
Our beach house is located in Laie,* just a mile south of the famous Polynesian Cultural Center. This vacation rental is uniquely situated inside the Kokololio State Beach Park that sits along a mile of pure white sandy beach. Walking the beach you can imagine yourself on a deserted tropical island as you only see the ocean, the beach and trees lining the beach. You couldn’t ask for a better location as you can see on the Testimonials page.

Why OVR
The County of Oahu requires the following statement: "This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied."
Don't let this intimidate you. This simply means that when you want to stay in our house for 8 or more days, that is perfectly legal as long as it is under a legal 30-day rental contract which we will provide. See Why OVR for details.
